Black leaf streak disease (BLSD) is the major constraint on banana production around world. In Côte d'Ivoire, this found in all banana-growing areas and its management involves use of large volumes agrochemicals. This mode increasingly denounced by consumers from regarding fruit contamination phytopharmaceuticals. The objective study to promote NECO 50 EC, a plant extract-based biofungicide an integrated black Sigatoka system. fungitoxic effect EC was assessed vitro Mycosphaerella fijiensis conidia germination evolution symptoms under natural infestation. applied over surface area 25 ha at rate 0.3 l/ha. Its weekly rank youngest affected (YLA), necrotic (YLN), number functional leaves flowering (NFLF) harvest (NFLH) determined then compared those morpholine (Volley 88 OL) dose 0.5 showed anti-germinating low doses, useful reducing spreading. application tree plantations reduced pressure plots. It ensured protection new generated (YLA > 4), favored ranks YLN greater than 9. More 14 were counted more 7 observed.
biological fungicide, may be effective alternative for control industrial plantations.
